ANNEALISE BONISTALLI

CEO + FOUNDER + MOVEMENT COACH

AnneAlise is the Founder and CEO of BOOM, an integrated and holistic approach to health and fitness blending movement, mindset, nutrition, and recovery. 

Before founding BOOM in 2021, AnneAlise launched and ran FLX Wellness from 2016-2020,  where she worked with luxury residential developers and management companies to design fitness facilities and manage a team of fitness professionals exclusively operating in luxury residential facilities in Boston, MA. AnneAlise started her first company a.b. fit in 2010, offering in-home personal training services where her clientele included professional athletes, executives, and clients of all ages. She began her career in the clinical physical therapy setting in 2008, where she worked with clients rehabilitating a broad range of injuries and athletes alike, returning to sport where she developed relationships with doctors and sports medicine professionals.

A passion for movement and health drives the core of her business vision and professional relationships. BOOM brings all of the essential areas of health into one unified program that make it more efficient and amplify the effects for individuals, offering a truly unique health and fitness experience.

 
 

BRIANNA MUSCO

DIRECTOR OF MOVEMENT + RECOVERY
Doctor of Physical Therapy, BS Exercise Science - CSCS, FRC, SFMA, FCS, DNS, EXOS XPS

Brianna's desire to learn and grow drives her pursuit towards helping her clients and patients to feel their best.

Brianna began her career as a performance physical therapist and movement specialist in 2015 after receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Brianna gained much experience and expertise with rehabilitation and return-to-sport training with professional athletes ranging from the NFL, MLB, MLS, MLR, and NBA, as well as other athletes and driven clientele alike working at a premier sports performance facility, EXOS. Originally from North Andover, Massachusetts, Brianna is an athlete at her core playing soccer and tennis at the collegiate level.

Brianna lives an active lifestyle including hiking, skiing, and trail running, and she enjoys being outdoors!

 
 

MADISON RICHARS

DIRECTOR OF NUTRITION + REGISTERED DIETITIAN
BS, MS, RD

Madison is passionate about providing education, motivation, and support to individuals who are interested in making healthy lifestyle modifications. She enjoys working with clients to better identify and understand their relationship with food and utilizing this insight to empower people to improve their overall health status and quality of life.

Madison’s career as a Registered Dietitian began in 2015 after graduating from the University of Oklahoma. Before obtaining her Master’s in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University, she worked with athletes at the collegiate and professional levels. Since 2019, she has been working with clients and patients in the private practice setting.

Originally from Oklahoma, Madison currently lives in Phoenix, AZ. She enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and trying local restaurants.

 
 

WILL MASSEY

MINDSET COACH
PhD

Will is a sport and performance psychology consultant who is passionate about helping individuals reach their potential. He has over a decade of experience working with athletes, doctors, and business executives to optimize their performance and reach their goals.

Will is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology and has a PhD in Sport Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Aside from consulting, Will is also an educator and academic researcher.

Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Will currently lives in Corvallis, Oregon. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and coaching youth sports.

 
 

BARB COREY

RECOVERY + MOVEMENT COACH
Licensed Physical Therapist

Barb is a licensed Physical Therapist with over 30 years of clinical experience. She has worked the majority of her career in the outpatient clinical setting, helping a wide variety of people achieve their goals, whether it is returning from an injury or bettering their quality of life. Barb is passionate about the WHOLE person approach to health and well-being and aging well.

Barb is a passionate learner who seeks ongoing education and development in preventative functional medicine. She is an avid runner, as well as a USATF team member. She enjoys hiking and is currently completing the 67 New England 4000-foot mountains!

Barb lives in Charlestown, MA, with her husband. In her free time, Barb enjoys traveling, skiing, snowboarding, and paddle boarding with her husband and three children. Barb also enjoys reading, meditating, knitting, and doing puzzles.

 
 

DANIELLE MACHOLD

MOVEMENT + RECOVERY COACH
Doctor of Physical Therapy / BS Exercise Science - CSCS

Danielle blends rehabilitative with strength and conditioning principles to best support individuals toward their health and fitness goals. 

Danielle received her Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation Sciences from Northeastern University and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2016. Danielle has worked in the outpatient orthopedic clinical setting,  specializing in pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, soft tissue injuries, and manual therapy techniques. Danielle has also worked as a personal trainer working with a broad range of individuals from youth to geriatrics and athletes ranging from collegiate to professional athletes, including NHL, PLL, NBA, and NFL athletes. 

Danielle enjoys a good cup of coffee, all things Boston sports, long weekends on the Cape, snowboarding, and throwing the frisbee with her two border collies!

 
 

LAURA TASHJIAN

RECOVERY + MOVEMENT COACH
Doctor of Physical Therapy / BS Exercise Science

Laura’s interest in recovery/rehabilitation began at a young age, while training as a competitive figure skater. Laura earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from The University of Rhode Island and obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University. She is an experienced functional movement specialist working with all populations including general population, and professional and amateur athletes.

Laura is a former ice dancer, two-time United States Figure Skating, and two-time Skate Canada Gold Medalist in Ice Dance and Moves in The Field. Laura is an International Coach/Choreographer of World Bronze Medalists and a member of the US Figure Skating National Network Medical Team.

Laura continues to ice skate and coach all disciplines of figure skating. Laura loves to be active, playing horse polo, rollerblading, hiking, and paddle boarding with her dog, Kai Kai.
